Accredited Learning and Development Programmes
We work in partnership with a management development centre accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management.
Working through this centre we are able to bring our clients nationally recognised management qualifications at every level.
Routes to accreditation are available through the more traditional, taught programmes such as the Diploma in Management, or
through NVQ routes which focus on recognising the learning and expertise you have already acquired.

We are proud to offer exceptional flexibility to our clients and learners, with self-study / open-learning options available
for all management qualifications and an innovative paperless system for the assessment of mangers against the NVQ standards.
Qualifications available are as follows:
- NVQ level 2 in team leading
- NVQ level 3 in Management
- NVQ Level 4 in Management
- NVQ Level 5 in Management.
- Introduction to Team Leadership (syllabus can be varied to suit candidate need)
- Certificate in Team Leading

Bespoke Workshops and Learning Events
If you don't need to link your management development to formal qualifications, we offer a comprehensive range of workshops and
learning events, designed to your bespoke requirements, and delivered at your own premises or at a venue of your choice.
Your managers may also benefit from some focussed coaching support, either as a stand-alone intervention or in conjunction with
another programme. Our successes have shown us that coaching is a very helpful addition to any management development activity,
helping the learner as it does to put into practice their new skills and knowledge, and removing barriers which may not be addressed
by training alone.
