Every one of our Directors is a nationally-accredited Investors in People practitioner registered with IiP UK and undergoing continuous development to ensure that we have leading edge knowledge.

We have worked with many hundreds of organisations as consultants, advisers and assessors to help them achieve recognition as an Investor in People and to deliver real performance benefits as a result.

This has given us an unparalleled understanding of the best approach to implementation, the pitfalls to avoid and the best systems and practices to adopt.

Our experience with organisations ranges from small businesses and charities with limited resources through to massive multi-nationals, and in all cases the feedback from our clients has been exemplary.

Our expertise in this field has been recognised from many sources, and our past work includes strategic input to IiP UK, large-scale regional contracts to support myriad organisations (funded by DfES) and the training and accreditation of other Investors in People practitioners.

In 2004/5 we helped more than 50 organisations to achieve Recognition and expect to support a further 85 throughout 2005/6.

We are also expert at securing any available government funding to support your journey to Investors in People, having direct contracts with many funders as well as an intimate knowledge of the funding mechanisms available.
