Individual and Team Reports
Our team dynamics process produces useful and informative written reports for each individual and for the team as a
whole. Topics included are:
- The extent to which an individual's assessment of their own team behaviour is matched by the perceptions of others
- Roles to which the individual is most suited, in descriptive terms
- Roles to which they are least suited, or may find the most stressful
- Summary report on the composition and interaction of the whole team - highly useful for the team manager

Role Analysis and Selection
The Belbin team roles package has been applied very successfully to help organisations understand the personal characteristics
they should be looking for when appointing to a given role in a team. Our team dynamics service offers a simple way of analysing
a role, so that you can:
- Compare current or potential candidates with the job content
- Profile candidates to seek a match between job role and potential appointees
- Understand what you need from a role, and how best to support the person in it
- Develop your awareness of the personal characteristics needed in the role for optimum performance
The simple software package allows us to include input from observers and the line manager when establishing what is needed
in a given job role. This allows you to include input from those whom the post-holder will come into contact with, as well as
from other stakeholders.
