About 6S Consulting
6S Consulting was formed as a response by six experienced business
consultants to a clear gap in the marketplace: we realise that
organisations will from time to time need to use the services of consultants
to help
them achieve greater things, yet a wide gulf exists in the marketplace
between the small, hand-to-mouth consultancies and the huge, prohibitively
expensive ones. We believe that our services fill that gap, and
offer our clients the professionalism and expertise they might expect
from
one of the biggest companies, without the astronomical fees normally
associated with this level of service.
We pride ourselves on being friendly
and accessible, forming positive relationships with our clients
and acting as their ‘critical friends’ in helping
them move forward. We have a real depth of intellectual capability,
allowing us to devise intelligent solutions, coupled with a
pragmatic understanding of real life in today’s businesses.
This allows us to bring you robust, valuable services on a cost-effective
basis, without bluff and bluster – giving only what you
need, when you need it, and helping your people to put it into
practice.

We are expert project managers and can lead or support the implementation of projects of all kinds, carry out in-depth evaluation of projects
and programmes, and help you to manage projects in part or whole.

- ISO 9000:2001accreditation
- All of our business advisers are accredited against the SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise and Development Initiative) standards
- We are members of the British Quality Foundation
- All of our advisers are registered Investors in
People Practitioners (assessors, advisers or both)
- We are accredited by the Belbin Foundation to provide team
role advice and use the e-interplace 360-degree feedback facilities
- We are an approved supplier to the Learning and Skills Council and to the DTI
